CONDITIONS OF USE
It is your responsibility to ensure that the Services made available to you, meet your personal requirements.
Under the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) it is required you give us permission to contact you. Your permission will be deemed to have been given if you voluntarily provide us with any contact information (telephone number, email address, etc) needed to respond to your enquiry or to confirm or provide your requested Services.
You warrant that any information you provide to us is true, accurate and complete and that provision of such information to us will not breach any other person’s privacy.
It is your responsibility to protect the confidentiality of any username and password you use to access our Services.
When using our Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and you warrant that you will not use our Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
You will refrain from doing anything which we reasonably believe to be disreputable or capable of damaging our reputation.

Your booking will be treated as ‘Booking Request’ until you receive a booking confirmation from us.
You can change or amend your booking at any time up to twenty-four hours before the journey start time. Just contact us by email, phone or by using the website contact form. You can also log in and use your private account area.
You must allow sufficient time when booking your vehicle to allow for the check-in times required by, for example, your airline. Prestige Driver shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time.
You must book a suitable vehicle size for the number of passengers and luggage. We cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage over and above what the vehicle is designed for. All luggage is carried entirely at your risk.
Please note that a child, no matter what age, counts as one passenger.
Please check your booking confirmation carefully and inform us promptly of any errors. We shall not be responsible for any delays caused or costs arising from your failure to provide us with correct information.
We are entitled to assume that any person who quotes the correct account number and Client name has authority to make a booking on behalf of the Client.
If you need to transport a wheelchair, please specify this at the time of booking.
The driver will travel by the most appropriate route on the day unless instructed otherwise by the Client, in which case additional charges may apply. Unless specified at the time of booking, we may not automatically be able to accommodate additional pick-ups or drop-offs, although every effort will be made to meet such requirements. If our driver is asked to wait either at the beginning or during a journey, we reserve the right to charge waiting time at our current standard rate.
We will endeavor to ensure the vehicle(s) arrive at the time and place requested. We cannot, however, accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical failure, traffic jams, traffic accidents or extreme weather conditions. Nor do we accept responsibility for any consequential loss.
You agree to treat our drivers and staff, or drivers introduced to you through Prestige Driver with respect and not to cause damage to their vehicles or to engage in any unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive behavior or activity whilst using their vehicles or any of our Services.
Prestige Driver may in its absolute discretion, without liability and without giving reasons refuse Services to anyone for any reason at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse entry to our vehicles to anyone who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behavior poses a threat to the safety of the driver, the vehicle or other passengers within the vehicle. We further reserve the right to terminate any journey due to unreasonable or improper behavior by any passenger. If special cleaning of any vehicle is required because it has been left in an unreasonable state by a passenger/client, we reserve the right to charge the cost of cleaning to the Client.
We reserve the right to substitute any vehicle or chauffeur/driver. If this becomes necessary, without obligation, we will notify you in advance.
CONVEYING OF CHILDREN
UK law states that taxi or licensed private hire cars are not exempt from legislation relating to children travelling in a baby/child seat. For Health and Safety Reasons Prestige Driver requires all customers to inform us with any children or babies traveling.
If you require a child seat for your journey it would be the child’s parent/carers responsibility to provide one and to fit the seat in the vehicle and to secure the child.
If you are booking a return journey and have your own child seat, the driver who carries out your booking will store your child seat for the return journey, please note that the installation of the child seat must be carried out by you.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
You have the right to cancel your booking up to twenty-four hours before journey commencement, without giving any reason. Just notify us in advance by email, phone, or by using the website contact form. You can also log in and use your private account area.
If you have paid in advance, we will refund your payment within 10 days.
If a booking is cancelled within twenty-four hours of the requested pick-up time, we reserve the right to make a full charge for the journey. If, however, the pick-up location necessitates the car being dispatched more than twenty-four hours before the pick-up time, we also reserve the right to make a full charge for the journey.
Our booking cancellation policy reflects that we will reserve the availability of the vehicle for you and subsequently refuse all other bookings for that vehicle at that time and date of your booked journey.
PAYMENT & CHARGES
Unless otherwise stated all prices are inclusive of any sales or value-added taxes that may apply.
You agree to make payment in full for any journey you take and/or in respect of using any of our Services to which you have previously requested or booked, and we have subsequently confirmed and completed.
Prestige Driver may amend the quotation if there is any material change to the original itinerary, for example the number of passengers or the type or size of vehicle required.
If you do not appear and make contact with our driver at the booked time and the designated pick-up point, we reserve the right to make a full charge for the journey.
We reserve the right to make a full charge and not issue any refunds, if after our vehicle arrives, it transpires the booking was made for the wrong date, wrong time, wrong location and/or other incorrect or misleading information, or if, for any reason whatsoever, the passenger leaves the pickup point without informing us.
JURISDICTION & MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with Belgium law and you and Prestige Driver each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgium Courts in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
You agree to compensate and defend us fully against any claims or legal proceedings brought against us by any other person as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
In accordance with Belgium law, smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
Prestige Driver reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and or prices at any time. All existing bookings will remain at the rate quoted at the time of booking.
